This is an absolute guilt free recipe I invented that children and adults can enjoy equally well. I have used natural sweeteners so it can be given to kids younger than one year as well, considering you have already introduced the remaining ingredients before. I made these amazing Sathumavu laddoos for my little girl recently. The recipe has as a variety of ingredients that are fabulous for various reasons; Weight gain, relieving constipation, boosting immunity and is also a nutrient-dense snack.
