Ingredients:
- 250 gms chicken (Thigh or leg)
- 10-15 rice papers
- 150 gms Greek yogurt
- Generous amount of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil leaves
- Ginger garlic paste
- Half a lemon
- 1 tbsp mayo
Step 1:
Marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste, pepper and crushed garlic and salt. Leave aside for an hour.
Step 2:
Take a pan, sprinkle oil and add chopped garlic and basil leaves. Add the chicken on top.
Step 3:
Once the chicken is cooked well and cooled down, shred this chicken and make sure the pieces are tiny to roll well in the rice paper.
Step 4:
Take a separate bowl, add Greek yogurt, squeeze lime, one tbsp mayo, some salt to taste if needed and add this chicken and keep aside.
Step 5:
Cut the rice paper into half and soak in water as per the instructions given on the packet.
Step 6:
Fill the chicken inside and pan fry it until crispy.
Step 7:
Serve hot.
You can also cook the chicken in air fryer, in that case roast the garlic and basil separately on the pan and then add to the yogurt and add the shredded chicken on top.
