Chicken Burger Patty recipe

by Amrita / Thursday, 20 November 2025 / Published in Food and recipes

I got this recipe from a friend. Its not my original but I thought it’s a good recipe and more of us should try it.

Ingredients:

  • Minced chicken- 500 gms
  • 1 whole egg
  • Chilly powder
  • Spring onions
  • Chopped ginger garlic
  • Soya sauce
  • Mustard sauce
  • Salt
  • Bread crumbs

Recipe:

Take the minced chicken. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger to it. Add half a spoon pepper, one spoon chilly powder, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp mustard sauce some salt and break one egg on top. Add one small bowl of finely chopped spring onion.

Now mix this together.

(If you are making less quantity of chicken, only add either egg yolk or white. The egg makes the mixture runny so for less than 500 gms of chicken, one whole egg becomes a lot.)

With dry hands, take small quanity of this mince and make patties out of it.

Roll each patty in the bread crumb. Once done with all, pan fry these patties and turn gently without breaking them.

Take whole wheat buns and apply some butter on them and put them on a hot pan. Once they are brown, remove them.

Add patty in between the buns, Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc (you can choose the vegetables to add) and add some mayo and ketchup and serve.

PS: Adjusted all spices and salt according to child’s taste levels. Can skip soya sauce for toddlers.
